Designed by Roland Wells Robbins, discoverer of Thoreau's house site at Walden Pond, these are the same plans used in the construction of the current replica at Walden Pond State Reservation. Included are seven architectural renderings, with plans for both a 10 x 15 foot or 10 x 16 foot house, the latter of which could better use contemporary materials. So borrow an axe and give it a try!
